This arrived exactly as described. It is hypoallergenic, non toxic and phthalate free. It is completely waterproof for easy cleaning. It has 10 operating speeds and dual pleasure stimulators. To change the speed of the vibration was simple, every time I pressed the button it would increase the speed. It comes with a USB charger. A wall charger would have been more convenient so I wish they had included one to charge it with too. Once charged it last approximately 2 hours. I found it was stimulating for both of us.
