my heals were killing me at the end of a 12 hour shift so I got these to try and they are making a huge difference. I stand on cement floors so they wear out your shoes pretty quickly and I was looking for something to help keep them going a bit longer and these are perfect for it. When these wear out, there is another set to go in my shoes. Great way to extend the life of my feet!
