These make my life so much easier. I always hated having to try and find a bra that would be easy to hide under each of my outfits, with this I am getting a lift and coverage that makes it so I do not need to wear an actual bra. It lasts a while and whatever adhesive they're using sticks great but also does not hurt when you're pulling them off.
