There was definitely a lot of thought out into this product with all of the various things you can do with it.  Plus they are ergonomically designed.  They are made with premium, high quality carbon stainless steel.  The grip is quite comfortable.  You can use these to cut through poultry bone, to snip vegetables as well as scraping fish scales.  Now here’s another feature, it separates and becomes two knives!  One is a large sharp knife and the other is a serrated knife.  This also has a bottle opener!
