I got these to make a favorite pair of shoes more comfy.
They stick very well to the inside back of the shoe. The comfort is really good and keep my heels from rubbing on the shoes. I like that they will probably last a good long while because it's silicone.
These are good to keep your heels from continually slipping out of your shoes as well as protect against rubbing. They work good!
I recommend them.
