This is made of Glass.  It is something you could wear on a special occasion.  It is a conversation piece, since not many people have ever seen a dandelion inside a necklace.  I have worn it once in the shower and it did not turn green.  It is stylish and attractive.  You could wear this during the day to the office and out at night.  My  loves it and has asked for one for Christmas.  I love that it has a little wish sign hanging from it as well.  When I was a kid, I use to pick a dandelion and blow on it.  My mom use to tell me that if you wished on it, your wish would come true.
