Multi-Function Back Massager

I get a lot of pain in my low back at times and my muscles are almost always tense. I decided to get this back massager from Tracy’s dog for that purpose, although I understand that it is not the only common use. My review is going to focus on the advertised use, which is as a back, neck, and shoulder massager. The massager arrived on time, undamaged, and packaged discreetly because of its alternative use. It simply has the Tracy’s Dog logo on the product box. In the box, the massager is contained in a plastic pouch made of a cheap, flimsy fabric. The product also came with a charger which can be plugged into any usb port. The charger is rather short though, which can make it difficult to keep the product out of sight.

So, I tested this product on my low back, my shoulders, and my neck with help. The various vibration settings made it easy to find a speed of vibration that felt nice regardless of how sore the muscles already are. On particularly tender spots, I could use a gentler setting whereas I could use a harder setting on knots that were deep in the muscle.  I also tried it on the tension at the base of my neck, and on the gentler settings it felt great. The surface of the massager is soft silicone that glides smoothly and does not get hung up on your skin.

Overall, I would rate this product a 4 out of 5 stars. The product works really well as a back massager.  The top is soft and comfortable against your skin, working well to soothe irritated muscles after a work out or from tension. However, it is not super user friendly. You have to use the power button to change the settings and it can be hard to do so at times without accidentally turning it off entirely. Otherwise though, I don’t have any complaints about this product as a back massager. As for its other uses, well, I guess you will have to test it out for yourself.
