I got these because I recently had an issue with my wrist and did not have a support. Now if it happens again I will have one. This support is very easy to use and simply slips on your thumb and then you pull the support around your wrist and tighten to your liking. This support works well and it came with two elastic supports as well as a bag to carry them in. I am glad to have them on hand and in my medical kit.
