Great for insomnia

This is a really great, compact machine which does just what it says - it provides a constant, soothing noise which is ideal for people who struggle to get to sleep because they can't switch off. I find this really helps me to relax and easily fall asleep.

The machine itself is much smaller than I thought, which is great as it takes up much less room on your bedside table/ desk etc. It comes with instructions on how to operate and assemble for the first time which are really clear I had no problem following them.

The functions are great - it has 6 different, great sounds including white noise, waves, stream, a musical kind of tune, rain forest and a lullaby sound which would be great for kids. If you click the power button it cycles between on for 15 mins, 30 mins, 60 mins or continuous. This is great for someone like me who is sometimes thinking about when I'd need to get up and switch it off, instead of relaxing and getting to sleep.

There are also volume controls so you can set it at just the right level, and there's even a headphone jack so you can plug in headphones and not disturb whoever else is in the room - perfect!. I love that this has a USB port at the back so you can use this to charge your phone too! Once machine is on it will automatically play the sound you had listened to previously.

Overall I think this is a great device and I will be getting another one for my parents.
