I received this pair of stainless steel slant tip tweezers from Herms CN, they are the best pair I have ever owned! Tbey are made from surgical grade stainless steel, and can reach even the most stubborn hairs! These tweezers would make a great gift, and can be used by men or women. I decided to try them because I pluck my eyebrows at home. I always try to look my best, so quality was really important to me.
