I'm sure these are great.  However, UPS refused to deliver them without a signature and I had to go out of town during the same time.  I was unaware of this until I returned home and they had already begun processing the return to Amazon.  I contacted Amazon and the customer service representative I spoke to told me that he would put in the system for the to attempt delivery again since I was home.  UPS told me this was not possible and that they would return the item to Amazon, which is what happen.
