Very easy to install !! And the lighting is a very warm inviting light, not stark at all ! I installed it myself and it seriously was not hard !! The ambiance in my kitchen after all dishes are done is very beautiful ! I enjoy looking into my clean kitchen with the very warm glow of these lights !!
