Looks nice

I didn't get my order amazon was unable to deliver I called they said it was still coming but today I noticed there refunding me my money didn't ask just said if I want it I have to reorder there's been 10 orders this week that they said was undeliverable this is not the sellers fault this is the ups and usps fault if I had it my way I would of gotten ahold of the sellers first but they didn't even let me know even after I called and checked on it but I do know if it had been delivered I would of gotten it on time and the other purses I've gotten and will be reviewing from this seller is very nice and made really well too. So sorry to the sellers. I hope they get this fixed soon 10 orders in a week is unacceptable will be calling tomorrow and see if I can get this fixed hopefully I will be updating my review with the order.????????????
