I have a stressful job where I need to be focused and clear minded. I have noticed that I able able to think clearly, my mind is more calm, and I'm motivated to get things done. I have had no ill after effects. There is a noticable difference after taking these for a week and then stopping. I feel more cloudy headed and lazy. I would recommend these to anyone needing more focus and motivation.
