I wanted some bands with more resistance than the weight of my kettel bells. 20-30lbs is perfect for me. I really liked that this came with a booklet with pictures. This band stretches very nicely and is well made so I don't worry about it snapping and injuring me. I use mine daily and I'm very happy with it.
