Not sure

I'm still unsure if this actually helps a yeast infection go away...maybe it helps the symptoms from an infection? But it's great for a freshened up clean cooter for days when you sweat or just feel a little *not so fresh* until you can grab a shower. I had a slight burning sensation from the spray but I'm pretty sensitive in the down under. It didn't seem to have any bad reactions other than the initial burn feeling for a few seconds.
