cheap, terrible, frustrating

When i purchased this trimmer I had high hopes.  It come with 2 different attachments.  Both attachments dont trim hair hardly at all.  Took 7 passes to trim a inch section.  The motor is fairly quite when no attachment is used.  The locking feature is a great idea however once I atttach a trimmer the unit becomes annoying loud.  I've checked and rechecked to make sure I had it secured correctly.  the trimmer does not o it's job in the least bit.  Sadly I would not recommend it to anyone.
