I got this to help spice things up in the bedroom. My fiance loves it. It comes with the dress, thong, hat, and a toy stethoscope. The stethoscope is cheap and comes apart but it helps complete the look. The dress fits pretty well. It's bigger and fit better than I expected especially since I'm a bigger girl. The thong is a bit on the small side but meh, I dont need it anyway. The dress is sexy but covers the naughty bits enough to leave some things to the imagination. Overall, this is a sexy piece for the bedroom. Would recommend.
