They can give you a "Full Body Workout."
The sponge handle and curved design fits comfortable in my hands. Has 5 Colors Adjustable Resistance Bands Red 15 lbs, Black 30 lbs and Green 25 lbs, Blue 20 lbs and Yellow 10 lbs. A part for the door workout.They  a lot you can do with these resistance bands. A great find.
