I got this because I have noticed more hair loss while showering and when I brush my hair. I'm only in my 30s so I wanted to try and nip this in the bud as soon as possible. I got this and I have been pleasantly surprised. My hair doesn't seem to be falling out as fast as it was. I've only been using it a short time so I hope it will continue to work. It smells decent, not my favorite scent but it works. I even let my mom try it and she even liked it. So for now, this shampoo is doing what it says it will so for that I do recommend to those who may be experiencing some sort of of hair loss.
