Runs very small

I purchased this in the largest size, and it fits me just a little too snug for comfort. An XXL equals a US XL, my measurements are 36D, 30, 38. Now, according to the site, it should have in no way fit my bust, and been hanging loose at the waist. You can see from my pictures that is not the case. So, they have their measurements switched around on the site. However, it is still snug on me, both in the bust and the waist, more uncomfortable in the waist. It’s very pretty, very well made. The color is a vibrant blue just as shown. The lace looks very delicate and sexy, but is sturdy and all of the stitching is secure and nearly invisible. A beautiful set, but the sizing needs adjusted, along with the site listing.
