Very useful as I have flat foot.. I havent used the heel grips, but the inserts for falt foot are really amazing... Definitely relieves the pain isntantly... Definitely a must have for those with flat foot.
It comes with an adhesive, which is easy to use. The only flipside is that the inserts cannot be reused due to the adhesive.. It would have been great if alternates were provided ...
