Helps with my migraines!

So I want to start with a little back story. I have had migraines since I was six. I have recently developed some scary new symptoms. It always happens at night. I wake up with excruciating pain, I am extremely hot, and nauseous. I read online that these masks can help with migraines so I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased to say that they work! Upon putting the mask on I noticed I was almost instantly cooler and within ten minutes the pain had eased tremendously! I keep mine in the fridge and I cannot say if the heat helps but cold definitely helped me. The mask has a comfortable fit and is adjustable. I have no complaint about this mask. I absolutely love it!!!!!!
