I am extremely satisfied with these masks. I definitely notice a difference as fae as not wearing one and I was having trouble breathing after work. My nose would be very stuffy/clogged and I constantly had issues. With in one day of using the mask I didnt have that issue. It was amazing how much if can change your life, as silly as it may sound, I wasnt able to taste food because I couldnt breathe out my nose. I am very happy with them!
