these insiles are great. At first though they hurt my feet. It wasnt until about 2 weeks of wearing them off and on that they formed and fit my feet so the arch wasnt so sure. If you have high arches, these might hurt for a while. They add a little height and snug up boots that are loose around the ankle yet tight in the sole. Good buy
