My husband has been wanting to try a smart plug for a while. He's a tech guy and is looking to slowly transition our home into a smart one.
This one works well and it didn't take too long to set up. We have Google Home and was able to intergrate it with that along with our wifi. He's currently using it with a TV channel box since the power button on the remote control is wonky and it works great with it. All you have to do is tell Google to turn it on or off with your voice and it gets the job done. He likes it so much he's thinking of getting more plugs. The trouble is just trying to figure out what he wants to smartify next.
This thing is pretty simple and straighforward. If you're looking to get something like this don't hesitate. It's a great little device!
