Excellent, my plants love them.

I bought these as living in the uk doesn't really give my plants the light it needs. I was dubious about purchasing after reading reviews that said the tripod was feeble but I have to disagree, the tripod supports the lights very well on wooden flooring don't know what it would be like on carpeted area's but it looks to me like it would be fine, your not going to be able to hang weights of it but that's not what it was built for. I like that it goes really high so my larger plants can also benefit from a light source as I had already purchased ones similar that clip on to my window sill for my smaller plants so already knew they really helped plants thrive.

They have 3 different timer settings, 3 different light settings and you can dim or brighten the lights to your preference. I also like that you can use the lights independently so you don't have to have them all on if not needed. I am no expert for what the different lights do but there is blue, red and violet (blue and red) I do know however that the violet is to help things grow at a faster pace and boy does it work, in the last 9 days since I have added them my monstera deliciousa has thanked me by giving me 3 perfect healthy leaves! My Venus fly trap seeds have also finally germinated after weeks of nothing. 

The price is also not hard on the purse so I would definitely have to recommend, so would all my plants!
