I prefer fresh squeezed lemon with hot water and honey in the morning. I had a traditional manual juicer, but I also have dibilitating arthritis. I purchased this to make my life easier and it does just that. Fresh squeezed lemon and lime juice without the pain of twisting and twisting on an old fashioned juicer bowl.
