First, a few things about water flossers in general. It's not a substitute for real flossing, but a supplement. Don't completely abandon physical floss, do it at least a few times a week.
The water reservoir is larger, but I find I still need to refill once to complete cleaning. Water pressure is about the same. I use the "normal" setting, and it's just right for me. It comes with a case with 4 brushes. Use whichever one that works for you. The direction where the hose pointing inside the reservoir is reversed relative to the older model, which is also a good thing.naturally points down to the lowest point in the reservoir, so I can use every drop of water. It even came with a pack of Regular flossing picks which i thought was very cool.
