I bought this kit from two different companies. Sadly, I’d say that this was the one that i was not as impressed with. The packaging was broken open and a few balloons were damaged by the package sealing. everything inside was mixed together, so i didn't even know if it was all there. The balloons and kit are the same as the other one that i purchased. All items were included, but I’d say that presentation was the draw back.
