This is a cute and comfortable costume for women. This only comes in ONE SIZE fits all. For me, the top was a little too tight and the skirt was a little too big. Otherwise the quality is good and I would wear this as a costume with knee high socks. I would probably wear a white tank top underneath since the top is so small.
