This palette looks very pretty, but it arrived broken. I attempted to get it reolarep, but I would only get the amount I paid refunded and the price difference was almost $13. I didn't want to order at the higher price and risk another arriving broken. Plus the estimated delivery dates were January 22- February 12, 2019. I understand that things happen during shipping, but the seller would not work with me to replace it.
