This is a wonderful scale that keeps track of everything with the downloadable app. It tracks everything from weight to BMI so I can stay on track with my healthy eating habits. Its also an attractive design and fits well in my bathroom. Changing from pounds to kiligrams is very easy (it was a nightmare on my old scale). I'm not familar enough with the app to comment much...and this is a review of the scale itself...but paired with the app it is wonderful. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
