This mask is the softest sleep mask I have ever used and I have used many. The tiniest bit of light wakes me up. This mask keeps light out 100%. Soft, silky blue, it's soft pillow eyes are just.. so relaxing. I fall sleep and stay asleep. The adjustable band makes it where it will fit anyone.
