I ordered this product on 9-18-2020 and it never arrived.
Update: Asked for a refund on Oct 12 (package was supposed to be received by Oct 5th). The seller told me that instead of a refund, they would resend it and it would take up to 12 business days to arrive.
Oct. 30 Contacted the seller after the package did not arrive after 12 business days. Asked for a refund for a second time.
Oct. 31 Received a message back saying that they would reship the item again. Told them that I did not wish to wait any longer for this order. I told them that they have had more than adequate time to send me the order or refund my money and I requested a refund for a third time. Waiting to see what happens now.
