I always keep heated sleeping areas for my cats in cold weather. It's really nice that it includes 2 covers, but I also usually put a blanket on top to make it extra comfy and ensure nobody gets too close to the heat source. It's really nice that the cord is chew-proof! My kitties all sprawl out in funny snoozy poses on it.
