It works... period. Now granted, using this belt will probably result in holes where the belt loop is attached to the front of the pants as the belt ulls on the front two loops. This is unavoidable and the pros of this belt far outweigh the cons as I HATE the look of a bulky buckle under a shirt. Very very pleased.
