This is a great violin for those just starting out, it is very elegant looking and comes with everything you need including a lined case to carry it in with a carrying strap. It has an extra set of strings, rosin, and a carefully wrapped bridge. I personally had a difficult time setting it up and the pegs were not staying in place as easily as I remembered compared to previous violins I had played. I have not played in several years so maybe I am just out of practice?
I purchased this for my son who is a multi instrument musician. He was very excited to get it and is looking forward to learning how to play, he also assured me that the pegs should not be a problem!
Overall, for the money, I am very happy with this purchase!
