This is a handy and sturdy stainless steel grater by LOVKITCHEN. This grater has three different grating drums. There is a fine, regular and slicing grater. I just cut a piece of cheese off the block open up the grater and turn the handle as I push the lid down. This is made of stainless steel so it is strong, dishwasher safe and classy looking if you want to leave it on the table for an Italian dinner.
