This pan truly is non stick, heats up very quick, with a nice even heat. I tried eggs in it, and the ease of use was great. My only complaint is the handle did get slightly hot but it wasn't too bad. Easy to wipe clean and dry, and even dishwasher safe! As a mom of two little ones, anything product that is easy to use with easy clean up is a great product in my book! I now want to get a bigger one! Recommended , great buy!
