Rhinestones aren't set well and look too plasticy

I have purchased few sets from LUYUAN JEWELRY for my Mom and have been pleased with most of them. There have been slight imperfections and small rhinestones not set well but they didn't affect the whole look. This one however has some very noticeable flaws and I don't think I want to give it to my mother. Large blue rhinestones look too plasticy and they are not well set :/
