I have never been a good sleeper and am always looking for ways to sleep better without taking medication. Because it contains Omega 3, 6, 9, and fatty acids, there are added benefits of mood enhancement, nail and skin care, and healthy heart and joint boosters. Best of all is it is made in the USA at a FDA, GMP approved facility.

~ Why Not ~
Those who are against anything that contains any part of a marijuana plant may avoid it. Some may wish less could be used at a time to reap the benefits. I found the taste to be a little oily, similar to an Omega capsule.

~ Wish ~
I wish more was included in the bottle as the 12 drops 3 times a day will be used up quickly. Since I will not be taking this on an ongoing basis, I will update my review if I find any pertinent information regarding this product’s effect on me.

If you are looking for a unique way to improve sleep, attitude, skin, hair, and other health issues, this may be a good choice compared to taking more prescriptions or over the counter medicines.
