Terrible, both protectors broke on installation

I know these can be tricky to install sometimes, but these are basically impossible to not break or shatter when installing on the phone. I feel bad writing such a bad review, but I am honest in my reviews. If they are that easily broken when installing, I would not trust them on my phone. Directions were followed, and having installed many protectors over the years on various phones, I would not recommend these. Contacted seller, who in response said they would ship replacement ones free of charge after I had provided pictures for proof of damage. I never received them.
