I am giving this 5 stars even though my cat DID NOT play with it. That was no fault of the product.
My cat is HUGE and I was hoping to find something that would get him up off his lazy butt... not happening.
This toy is well constructed bearing in mind it is for a cat.
The balls move freely, functions as expected.
I will pass this along to my daughter who has a kitten that loves to play!
