My daughter loves to wear these novelty headbands so I purchased this for her to wear during the holidays. I had to repair it after receiving it because it arrived with one of the bells detached and another one hanging loose. It has an on/off switch at the top in between the antlers. It comes with the button cell batteries already installed and I had to pull out the small plastic tab before using it. The color lights flash in random patterns and are pretty bright for their size. The antlers stood straight without drooping even after she had worn it while playing outside for a few hours.
