Smaller & Flimsier than I like, but not bad

    I picked up this basket hoping it would be something I could use in the baby's room to help hold all of her toys. Right now we have a small laundry basket in there acting as a toybox, but I really want to replace it with something more attractive and eye appealing. I had hoped this basket would do the trick.   Unfortunately, it wasn't large enough to do that. I CAN use it for keeping smaller items together, such as her little figures for her Little People sets and smaller doll items. But I haven't been using it for that at this point. I have found myself using it for my review items, keeping it next to my desk. I take pictures of the various items, drop them in the basket, and then when I finally get around to finding a place to put everything, I carry the basket with me from room to room putting them away.   The basket is decently made with a looser weave than I expected. There are no gaps between the individual pieces, so nothing falls out, but it is not as tight as I would like. The entire basket is a bit flimsy, being able to fold in on itself and flatten out. It actually shipped in a much smaller box than the basket, with it folded in on itself and only a few inches tall.   But all of that said, it IS a decent basket and does do a good job of holding things. It is just not as large or sturdy as I would have liked it to have been. I wouldn't buy this basket again because of that. I prefer much sturdier, stronger baskets that can hold their shape and not be affected by the items inside.
