I am just started cooking and backing. I have for years been the working mother and now I decided since my daughter is a little bit overweight I wanted to be more nutritional. I began with using my computer and alex to figure out how to get accuracy for some of these recipes. This is a very much a saver of time and also a very good teaching tool. First quality of the product as a+. The lcd and the easyness of cleaning is also another great quality. The description and price are very accurate. there are 5 different measurements and also the nonslip, waterproof, and scratch proof top a pluses. I would highly recommend this for any type of cooking proffesionals.
