I have used these types of pH meters before.

I have used these pH meters in the past, when testing the pH of my handmade liquid soaps.
They do seem to work well, however you have to be careful not to break the glass bulb on the bottom.
It is a bit thin & fragile. . .   You can purchase calibration tests separately, as this one did not come with the calibration (test) chemicals.

Will update review on this brand, when I have tested it.
