discolored in several spots

I really liked the fit and flare of this cutout shoulder tunic dress. It is soft and flowy so it is flattering to most body types. I was excited to get this dress because it had pockets and was made with a t-shirt type material but when I received it there was a strange discoloration on the fabric in several spots. I purchase two other colors in this same style and brand which had the same type of discoloration on the fabric. I am sad that I will have to be returning them because I really liked them.
