We used the camera in Greece this summer and I have had Go Pro Hero 4 too. This camera is amazing for the price. Of course the soft for it is not as sophisticated as Go Pro one but who cares nowadays when you have so many video editing tools including youtube editor.
Great camera overall which comes with spare battery too.
